Final Pricing & OnSite Measurement
Accurate pricing for carpet restretching is based on the actual square footage measured during the technician’s onsite inspection. The final cost may vary from any preliminary estimate provided before arrival, depending on the exact size and condition of the area needing service.

Furniture Removal Policy
To perform a proper carpet restretch, the room must be completely cleared of furniture and obstacles before our technician arrives. Because appointments are scheduled with one trained technician per visit, we do not move furniture as part of the service.

Carpet Stretching Warranty Information
We stand behind our work with a twoyear labor warranty on carpet stretching, valid from the date of service. This warranty is nontransferable and applies only to the original customer. To keep the warranty in effect, the following conditions must be met:

  • The carpet is under 10 years old at the time of service.
  • The carpet has been professionally cleaned by an IICRCcertified technician (retain your cleaning receipt).
  • The thermostat in your home remains at or below 85°F, especially when vacant.
  • The carpet has not been flooded or excessively wet.
  • The room was clear of furniture during the stretching appointment.
